The staff, especially Tanja, was wicked awesome! She got us switched to a room with a balcony after a mix-up. Plus, the cappuccinos from Filip were to die for! Room was clean and views from our place were incredible. Just wish the pillows didn't feel like sleeping on a rock!

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, with yachts and the Kvarner bay right outside. I couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast buffet featuring fresh seafood and international dishes. The engaging fitness activities with the energetic trainer Ana kept our spirits high and our bodies active, making every moment enjoyable.

Breakfast buffet had organic options for everyone.

Nice room with a balcony looking out to sea. The breakfast included a good variety of options, particularly appreciated was the half-board that included wine and beer.

The indoor pool felt more like a hot tub, not very inviting. Breakfast lacked fresh bread, and the coffee options disappointed. The food selection for dinner was mediocre, with lines forming due to the short dining window. Additionally, guests had to pay for sunbeds on their own beach—a letdown for what I expected from this place.

The sea view from my Standard Twin Room was breathtaking. The location was top-notch, right by the water, making it easy to explore Opatija. Breakfast spread had plenty of options, including freshly prepared seafood, which I really enjoyed. The staff at the restaurant, especially Jelena, stood out for being friendly and engaging. However, the Wi-Fi was spotty in the room, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the indoor pool felt small and not very inviting. Check-in took longer than expected, and the language barrier with some staff made communication tricky at times. I ended up needing my Croatian phrases more often than I anticipated. Despite these bumps, the vibrant atmosphere and overall cleanliness made for an enjoyable stay.

The beautiful sea view from our Superior Double Room with Balcony was a highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse dining options and incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome. However, noise from the lobby area did affect our sleep quality.

Great location with comfortable beds and a nice indoor pool. Wi-Fi was spotty sometimes.

we had a wonderful stay at liburnia. the rooms were spacious and kept clean, and we loved the great dining options, especially the wide variety of meals available at breakfast and dinner. the hotel also had a beautiful indoor pool with heated seawater, which was perfect for relaxation. it's located ideally for nice strolls along the coast.

Unfortunately, while the staff was generally attentive, there were moments when service felt a bit slow during peak times. Additionally, noise from nearby parties disrupted the tranquility we sought, making it hard to unwind at night. Regardless, the daily fitness activities offered a fun way to stay engaged during our stay.

Just a nice choice for a weekend pause in Opatija with extraordinarily good value for money. The stylish new rooms were a pleasant surprise, making my stay very enjoyable. Try to book a sea view room for beautiful morning scenery!

The hotel has been elegantly renovated and kept impeccably clean. I was particularly pleased with the friendly and helpful staff who addressed our needs promptly. I enjoyed the sea-facing room on the 3rd floor with a pleasant balcony. The indoor pool and bar offered a great view, and there was easy access to coastal paths with other restaurants and bars nearby.

Late-night noise from nearby parties was a recurring issue.

Liburnia is ideally located by the sea, making it easy to explore Opatija. The room was clean and spacious, featuring a nice balcony with sea views. Dinners were enjoyable, especially the included beer, though the wine selection could improve. A small indoor pool was an excellent way to relax after work, and the staff provided exemplary service throughout my stay.

Parking was expensive and difficult to find.
